"My knight in shining armor!!!! Paul and Don came to my families rescue when we were broken down on I-65 River bridge with our truck and 35' foot camper!!! Don brought my husband to two dealer ships to get our truck repaired and Paul brought myself, my 3 kids and our camper to Point Mallard camp ground and went the extra mile to help us park and set up the camper. He was super friendly!!!!!! He was going to make sure that we were taken very good care of and I can never repay his kindness! He made a terrible situation so much easier!!!! Thank you Paul!!! You and your business are amazing!"

"We broke down on the interstate while traveling to Gulf Shores with our truck and camper. Pauls towing showed up and loaded our truck and brought another truck to pull our camper. Paul took my wife and 3 kids along with our camper to Point Mallard Campground. Don 1st took me to the Chevy dealer and then to the GMC dealership where we dropped our truck. Then he took me to Enterprise rental so I could get a car. Both Paul and Don were extremely helpful to us in what was a very stressful situation. Thanks for saving our day."

"Excellent Service! While traveling home to Kentucky, my daughter and I encountered trouble at the 360 Exit ramp of I-65. Paul Roberts came to assist us, and he was wonderful! He took us to a Motel, waited until we were safely in our room and told us to call at 8: A.M. the following morning and he would takes the car and us to the Service Center.When we arrived Monday morning Mr. Roberts had already contacted Mr. James Satterfield at Satterfields Auto and he was waiting for us and greeted us with coffee and an technician ready to fix our car. We left Decatur feeling truly blessed.  "
